The house Luitpoldstrasse 1 is a town house in the listed old town of Weißenburg in Bavaria , a large district town in the central Franconian district of Weißenburg-Gunzenhausen . The building is located at the western end of Luitpoldstrasse at the influence of Rosenstrasse and Pflastergasse. The old town hall is diagonally opposite . The building is registered under the monument number D-5-77-177-233 as an architectural monument in the Bavarian monument list.

The two-storey building is a massive, gable- roof gable roof construction from the 17th century. The facade was redesigned in 1859. Today there is a bookstore on the ground floor. The house on Luitpoldstrasse 3 is attached directly to the building on the east side .
