Lukáš Došek (born September 12, 1978 in Karlsbad , Czechoslovakia ) is a Czech football player .
Lukáš Došek played for TJ DDM Stará Role and Viktoria Pilsen in his youth . In 1997 he was loaned to TJ Přeštice, but soon returned to Pilsen .
The midfielder quickly became part of the regular formation. In 1999 Došek moved to Slavia Prague . Between 2000 and 2002 he made four international matches for the Czech Republic . For Slavia Došek made 154 league appearances and 41 games in the UEFA Champions League and the UEFA Cup .
In 2005 he switched to Sportfreunde Siegen , and from summer 2006 he played for FC Thun . In the Bernese Oberland he was regularly used as a right midfielder or defender.
In September 2008 Došek moved to the Slovak first division club Spartak Trnava . In the 2009/10 season he played for Slavoj Vyšehrad, in August 2010 he moved to the fourth division Slavoj Koloveč.
Lukáš Došek is the twin brother of Tomáš Došek .
