Lutz Streitenbürger (born December 21, 1944 ) is a former German soccer player .

career

Streitenbürger made his debut on September 4, 1966 under coach Oswald Pfau at the side of Klaus Beckfeld , Franz Schäffner and Heinz Schmitt in the midfield of VfR Mannheim in the Soccer Regionalliga Süd . The blue-white-red celebrated a 3-2 away win at Schwaben Augsburg. At the end of the round, the lawn players took fifth place and contestants had been able to attract the Bundesliga club Karlsruher SC's attention in 23 games with two goals . He moved to the 1967/68 season for the blue and white of the Wildpark Stadium . His first Bundesliga appearance was under the French coach Paul Frantz on October 14, 1967. KSC won the home game against Hamburger SV with 2-1 goals and contestants with Willi Dürrschnabel , Klaus Zaczyk and Günter Herrmann the KSC midfield educated. Six more Bundesliga appearances were added by the end of the round. The KSC rose as the bottom of the table in the Regionalliga Süd.

His last regional league assignment dates from March 14, 1971 when VfR lost the away game at FC Schweinfurt 05 with 1: 2 and coach Kurt Keuerleber Streitenbürger came on in the 46th minute.
