The Lynch Point is a rocky headland on the Ruppert Coast of the West Antarctic Marie Byrd lands . It lies at the seaward end of a peninsula between the Frostman and Hull glaciers .

Scientists of the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941) took aerial photographs during an overflight on December 18, 1940. The United States Geological Survey mapped the headland based on its own surveys and aerial photographs by the United States Navy between 1959 and 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it after William R. Lynch Jr. of the United States Navy Reserve Forces, control officer on the icebreaker USS Glacier exploring this stretch of coast between 1961 and 1962.
