Lyndelle Higginson (born November 5, 1978 in Albury ) is a former Australian track cyclist who was specialized in short-term disciplines.
In 1999 Lyndelle Higginson was the Australian sprint champion . In the same year she won four medals at the Oceanic Cycling Championships: one gold each in the sprint and points trial and one silver each in the 500-meter time trial and in the scratch . In 2000 she started at the Olympic Games in Sydney and finished 14th in the time trial.
After the 2000 Olympic Games, Higginson resigned from competitive cycling. In 2003 she tried unsuccessfully to make a comeback to qualify for the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens . Today she is still connected to cycling in her association Brunswick Cycling Club , which she supports in organizing track races.
