Lyndsey Patterson (born December 7, 1982 ) is a former American soccer player .
Career
Patterson played at the beginning of her career for the lower class teams Seattle Sounders Women , Atlanta Silverbacks and Ajax America in the W-League and WPSL, respectively . Their only professional game initially remained a brief appearance in the final of the WPS Championship 2009 for the franchise the Los Angeles Sol , which with 0: 1 against Sky Blue FC lost. In the 2010 season Patterson ran for the league rivals Philadelphia Independence and was there in 14 league games for use before moving on to Atlanta Beat a year later . After the WPS disbanded just before the 2012 season, she returned to the Seattle Sounders.
In early 2013 Patterson was signed by Seattle Reign FC for the inaugural season of the newly formed National Women's Soccer League, where she made her league debut on April 14, 2013 against the Chicago Red Stars as a substitute. On June 19, Seattle parted ways with Tiffany Cameron and Patterson to make room for newcomers Kennya Cordner and Stephanie Cox . Patterson then returned to the Seattle Sounders again, where she played until the end of the 2014 season.
