Lypzi ( Ukrainian Липці ; Russian Липцы Lipzy ) is a village in the north of the Ukrainian Oblast Kharkiv with about 4100 inhabitants (2004).
The village was founded in 1655 and forms its own 45.67 km² district council in Kharkiv Raion . Lypzi lies on the banks of the Kharkiv , a 71 km long tributary of the Lopan and on the territorial road T-21-13 34 km northeast of Kharkiv .
