The Lyscha ( Russian Лы́жа ) is a left tributary of the Pechora in the Komi Republic in northwestern Russia .

The Lyscha rises in the Pechora ridge (Печорская гряда, Pechorskaja grjada). It flows first in an easterly direction, then turns a bit to the northwest and finally to the east again. It flows into the Pechora on the left about 50 km southwest of the city of Ussinsk . The Lyscha has a length of 223 km. It has a catchment area of 6620 km². Its main tributary is the Wadma from the left. The Lyscha is ice-free between late April and late October / early November. The spring flood contributes significantly to the annual runoff.
