Episodes

useful information

The series was recorded in Greece at Studio TVE, Athens .

The opening and closing credits (stone faces in the water) were accompanied by a melancholy guitar melody, which was recorded by the director Phaidon Sofianos himself. At the beginning of each episode, the note “A puppet show by ... with the 'small stage'” is displayed. However, the term "fairy tales of the world" never appears in the opening and closing credits of the episodes. It was used for archiving from 1981 onwards, as seasons with fairy tales from different countries were only produced at this point, while in previous years a maximum of two sources per season were used for the fairy tale selection.
