Måns Mårlind (2012)

Måns Mårlind Magnus (born July 29, 1969 in Vallentuna ) is a Swedish director and screenwriter.

Life

Marlind studied at Stockholm University (Sweden) and at the American Film Institute .

Film career

Mårlind made most of his films with his school friend Björn Stein. In 2005 he shot his first feature film Storm with Stein , which he shot in Trollywood . In 2009 he directed the thriller Shelter with Julianne Moore and Jonathan Rhys Meyers .

In November 2010, Mårlind and Stein replaced Len Wiseman for the fourth Underworld film, Underworld: Awakening .

He also filmed Andres Fager's novel Collected Swedish Cults with Stein in 2013 .
