architecture

The two-storey brick building under steep pitched roofs and two stepped gables - looped through stylized rosettes - on Mülforter Strasse or - placed across a corner - on Eberhardtstrasse. A ground floor arbor with stair access from Mülforter Straße pushed in between the gables .

The ground floor and upper floor are separated by a slightly protruding ledge made of bricks, which in the sloping gable leads into an upper floor exit protruding on two sides, the balustrade of which is based on the design of the balcony.

The windows are designed as round or segmented arched windows, e.g. Partly with small-scale glazed skylights and inclined window sills covered with dark green tiles . The sloping building corners of the street-parallel gable and the acute-angled entry in the angled gable - on the ground floor and upper floor - are supported by mighty, multiple-articulated brackets and thus lead into the adjoining brick surfaces of the triangular gable .

A cornice supported by brick consoles is arranged under the eaves . In each of the two gable surfaces there are three coupled, narrow, high rectangular windows. The steps of the stepped gable are filled with abstract rosettes, the top of the gable has weather vanes .
