The Münsterer Alte (popularly: Altwasser) is a small tributary of the Lech in Bavaria and belongs to the river system of the Danube .
course
The origin is in the municipality of Thierhaupten on the right of the Lech. The course always runs parallel to the Lech, mostly in the Lechauen past the Ellgau and Oberpeiching barrages. In the vicinity of Münster , an outflow from the fishing pond there flows into the river. The Friedberger Ach flows almost parallel for a distance of around one kilometer until the Münsterer Alte flows into the Lech to the southwest of Oberpeiching .
