Małgorzata Mogore-Tlałka-Długosz (born April 27, 1963 in Zakopane , Poland ), together with her older twin sister Dorota Mogore-Tlałka, has been one of the world's best slalom skiers for years.

She fixed her first podium on January 16, 1983 in the slalom of Schruns (AUT) when she came second behind the Austrian Anni Kronbichler . Numerous podium places followed in the slalom, it was never enough to win.

In contrast to her sister, Malgorzata Mogore-Tlalka developed into an all-rounder. In 1986, 1987 and 1988 she also achieved top 15 places in the giant slalom , super-G and combined disciplines .

When she married a Frenchman, she started working for the team from France in 1986 . Her husband's twin brother is married to her twin sister Dorota. She ended her career in 1988.
