Dorota Mogore-Tlałka (born April 27, 1963 in Zakopane , Poland ), together with her younger twin sister Małgorzata Mogore-Tlałka, has been one of the world's best slalom ski racers for years.

Mogore-Tlałka won three bronze medals at the 1981 European Junior Championship . She achieved her first podium in the World Cup in 1982 in the slalom of Montgenèvre (FRA), and came third behind Christin Cooper (USA) and Maria Epple (GER). Mogore-Tlałka celebrated her only World Cup victory as a Pole in the slalom of Madonna di Campiglio (ITA) in the 1984/1985 season .

When she married a Frenchman, she started working for the team from France in 1986 . Her husband's twin brother is married to her twin sister Małgorzata. Dorota Mogore-Tlałka ended her career in 1989 with a 6th place in Shigakōgen (Japan).

At world championships or the Olympic Games , she just missed the medal positions.
