Madeline Brewer
Madeline Kathryn Brewer (born May 1, 1992 in Pitman , New Jersey ) is an American actress . She became famous for her role in the series Orange Is the New Black .
life and career
Brewer grew up in Pitman, New Jersey, the daughter of actor and musician Mark Brewer and his wife Laurie. She graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City . From 2013 she played the role of Tricia Miller in the series Orange Is the New Black . Due to the success of the series, Brewer gained worldwide fame. In 2014/15 she played Miranda Cates in the series Hemlock Grove for ten episodes . After further appearances in series, she was seen in the episode Men of Steel in the Netflix series Black Mirror in 2016 and has played in the series The Handmaid's Tale since 2017 .
Brewer has also appeared in films since 2017, for example in the 2019 science fiction thriller Captive State . For her role in the film Cam , she was named Best Actress at the 2018 Brooklyn Horror Film Festival .
