Maggie Entenfellner (born December 20, 1968 in St. Pölten , Lower Austria ) is an Austrian animal rights activist , journalist and television presenter .

From 2007 to 2012 she moderated the weekly ORF animal magazine Tierzuliebe , which was originally published as a follow-up to “ Who wants me? “ Was intended by Edith Klinger and was discontinued in 2012. Since 2013 she has moderated the program Back to Nature , which is broadcast every Sunday in the afternoon program.

Entenfellner worked ten years as a flight attendant for the airline Lauda Air before the publisher and editor-in-chief of the Kronenzeitung , Hans Dichand , brought her to the animal department of the mass paper in 1999. Shortly afterwards she took over Edith Klinger's column and animal corner .

Maggie Entenfellner is the founder of the “Friends of the Animal Corner” association and author of several non-fiction books. It was with the Animal Welfare Award 2005 Red Bully Award and 2008 for animal sake with the Press Prize of the Austrian Chamber of Veterinary Surgeons "for their excellent contributions with those of animal protection in Austria has been given a high status". Before the European Parliament she campaigned against abuses in the transport of live animals.

Maggie Entenfellner has a daughter and is married to the lawyer Rainer Radlinger, who sits with her on the board of the Animal Protection Foundation .
