Magnus Kaastrup Larsen (born December 28, 2000 in Virring , Skanderborg municipality ) is a Danish football player. The winger is under contract with Aarhus GF and is a young Danish national player.
Career
society
Kaastrup came to Aarhus GF in the summer of 2013 from his hometown club Virring SSV as a U14 player , where he was trained from then on. On January 1, 2016, he signed a contract there as an amateur in the youth team. In January 2017 Kaastrup took part in the first team's training camp in Portugal. On July 14, 2017, the club used him for the first time in professional football in the 1: 2 home defeat against AC Horsens , he was substituted on in the 15th minute. At 16 years and 198 days, he became the club's youngest debutant.
On March 28, 2018, Kaastrup signed a professional contract with Aarhus, which is valid until the end of 2020.
For the 2019/20 season, the winger moved to Borussia Dortmund on loan for a year . There he was in the squad of the second team trained by his compatriot Mike Tullberg , which played in the Regionalliga West . Kaastrup made 17 appearances this season (three goals and two assists) as the left winger and ended the season with BVB, which was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic , in 9th place in the table. He then returned to Aarhus.
National team
In 2015 and 2016 Kaastrup played seven times (one goal) for the Danish U16 national team . From August 2016 he played 13 games for the Danish U17s and scored three goals, after which he was on the field in six appearances for the U18s . He has been playing for Denmark's U19 team since August 2018 .
