The Maibach is an approximately 7.5 km long orographic left tributary of the Axtbach in the North Rhine-Westphalian Münsterland , Germany .

The stream rises in Oelde at an altitude of about 92  m above sea level. NN and flows first in northeastern, then northern direction. About 2.3 km before the at about 67  m above sea level. NN lying on the left-hand side of the mouth in the Axtbach, which lies west of Herzebrock, it crosses the border to Herzebrock-Clarholz .
