Maike March (born November 9, 1983 in Leonberg ) is a former German handball goalkeeper .

The 1.81 m tall goalkeeper played in her youth at TSG Oßweil, GSV Hemmingen and VfL Waiblingen . In 2001 March moved to the 2nd Bundesliga for TuS Metzingen . From 2004 to 2009 she was under contract with the Bundesliga club DJK / MJC Trier . After that, March did not extend her contract and switched to Thuringian HC . She ended her career in the summer of 2014.

She completed 20 junior internationals for Germany.
