Manchester Storm is a British ice hockey club from Manchester, founded in 2015 . It plays in the Elite Ice Hockey League (EIHL) and has the same name as the Manchester Storm, which existed between 1995 and 2002 .

The club plays its home games in the Altrincham Ice Dome. Manchester Phoenix , an English Premier League club, played there until 2015 . Storm replaces the Hull Stingrays , who had to withdraw from the EIHL for financial reasons. In the first season the team finished ninth and missed the playoffs.
