Mandy Schmidt
Mandy Schmidt (* 16th October 1985 in Pirna ) is a German radio presenter .
She grew up in Dresden and studied media production.
Mandy Schmidt moderated for MainFM and RPR1 . As RPR1 presenter of the program Der Tag in Rhineland-Palatinate , which she presented with Jens Baumgart, she was nominated for the German Radio Prize 2011 in the category “Best News Format”. She was a news anchor for the Saarland broadcaster Radio Salü . For three years she was editor of the morning show at Ostseewelle HIT-RADIO Mecklenburg-Vorpommern , which she also moderated occasionally, after which she moved to Schleswig-Holstein. On NDR 1 Welle Nord she has been moderating the morning program Guten Morgen Schleswig-Holstein since January 9, 2017 , first with Jan Bastick and since August 30, 2017 together with Horst Hoof .
It operates an emergency station in Quarnbek for the placement of small animals.
