Manfred Harder (referee)
Manfred Harder (born May 2, 1947 in Lüneburg ; † May 20, 2018 there ) was a football referee and worked as a referee for the German Football Association (DFB) from 1986 to 1994 . In the 2nd Bundesliga he led 44 games between 1986 and 1994, in the Bundesliga he played 54 games between 1998 and 1994 before he ended his career because he had reached the DFB age limit (47 years).
Until he retired in May 2012, Harder was head of the public order office in Lüneburg. In addition, he was president of the Lower Saxony league club Lüneburger SK Hansa , formerly Lüneburger SK .
After a short, serious illness, Manfred Harder died in May 2018 at the age of 71 in Lüneburg.
