Manfred "Mandy" Kainz (born January 31, 1972 ) is an Austrian motorcycle racer , team founder and manager of the Yamaha Austria Racing Team .

education

After elementary school in Heimschuh graduated he in Leibnitz in 1990 and studied then in Graz engineering and Jus , but finished neither of the two studies.

Career

After two years as a computer technician, Kainz decided to switch to the motorcycle industry and has been working as a motorcycle salesman in Leibnitz since 1993. In 2001, at the age of 29, he founded his own company, the Yamaha Austria Racing Team , which was incorporated into YART GmbH in May 2009 . In 2009, Kainz and his motorcycle team won the world championship title in the endurance world championship . In 2009 he was awarded the honorary award of the President of the ÖAMTC . In addition, in November 2010 he was awarded the State Sport of Honor for Special Services in Gold of the State of Styria by Governor Franz Voves.
