Mansabá is a small town in Guinea-Bissau with 5061 inhabitants (as of 2009), mainly Balanta .
The place is the seat of the administrative sector of the same name with an area of 1387 km² and 43,725 inhabitants (as of 2009).
Sports
The most important sports club in the sector is the Associação Desportiva e Recreativa de Mansabá football club . The club called ADR Mansabá or Desportivo Mansabá does not play in the top Guinea-Bissau league , it is currently in Group A ( Série A ) of the second division (as of 2018).
Once the club was national champion (1996), twice the club won the national cup Taça Nacional da Guiné-Bissau , 2001 and 2011.
The ADR Mansabá welcomes its guests in the city's Estádio Municipal Mansabá , the stadium holds 500 spectators.
