Oio is a region in Guinea-Bissau with around 200,000 inhabitants. Their capital is Farim .

Other large cities are Nhacra , Mansôa , Bissorã and Cumeré . In the north the region borders on Senegal , in the east on Bissau and Biombo, in the south on Quinara and in the west on Cacheu. The Rio de Canjambari flows through the north of the region.

One of the highest points in Oio is Tambandinto at 70 m.
