Manuel Esteba

Manuel Esteba Gallego (born April 17, 1941 in Barcelona , † February 4, 2010 there ) was a Spanish film director and screenwriter .

Life

Esteba, who was initially interested in painting, switched to theater as a director. He began his film career early on as an assistant director and directed around twenty films himself from the mid-1960s, mostly based on his own script. After action-packed films, including a few spaghetti westerns at the beginning, he later turned to sex films . He sometimes used Ted Mulligan as a pseudonym .
