Manuel Nin
Manuel Nin OSB (born August 20, 1956 in El Vendrell , Catalonia , Spain ) is the Greek Catholic Exarch of Greece .
Life
Manuel Nin joined the Congregation of Benedictine in the monastery of Montserrat in and put on 26 April 1977, the temporal and the eternal 1980 professed from. On April 18, 1998, Nin received the sacrament of ordination . In 1999 he became rector of the Pontifical Greek College of St. Athanasius in Rome .
On February 2, 2016 Pope appointed him Francis to the titular of Carcabia and ordered him to the Greek Catholic Exarch of Greece. His predecessor Dimitrios Salachas donated him episcopal ordination on April 15 of the same year . Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Athens , Sevastianos Rossolatos , and the Bishop of Lungro , Donato Oliverio . The inauguration took place on May 29, 2016.
