Esim Chemicals is an Austrian at the chemical park Linz -based chemical company owned by the private equity -Gesellschaft Ardian (until September 2015 DPx- Fine Chemicals ). As a contract manufacturer he takes on the production of crop protection products for Syngenta , Bayer CropScience and BASF . Various intermediate products are also manufactured.
In 2018 it was announced that Ardian would like to sell the company three years after the takeover.
