Marc Hannibal
Marc Hannibal (actually Frank Charles Hannibal Jr .; born March 21, 1931 in St. Louis , Missouri , † July 23, 2011 in Salem , Oregon ) was an American basketball player , actor and singer.
Life
Hannibal graduated from Benson Polytechnic High School in Portland . After his military service, the Harlem Globetrotters signed the colored Hannibal , who was already playing basketball during his student days, for two years; then he was with the Harlem Magicians for another year . In the 1960s he appeared more and more in television shows and series as a guest star in also recurring roles as an actor; In the middle of the following decade, his career also took him to Italy , where he played his only leading role in the trash film Superuomini, superdonne, superbotte .
In addition, Hannibal was repeatedly heard as a singer; he recorded two albums, the first self-titled being released in 1969. Night Times was published in the mid-1970s when he also produced a Las Vegas variety show (1976) in which he appeared himself.
