Marc Rennhack

Marc Rennhack (born September 24, 1974 in Kamen ) is a German chef.

Career

After completing his apprenticeship in 1991, Marc Rennhack moved to the Strandhörn in Wenningstedt on Sylt in 1996 and to Juan Amador in the Fährhaus Munkmarsch (a Michelin star ) on the same island in 1998 . In 2000 he went to Hans Stefan Steinheuer's Zur Alten Post in Bad Neuenahr (two Michelin stars) and as sous chef back to Juan Amador in the Carême in the Schlosshotel die Weyberhöfe .

In 2002 Rennhack became head chef in the Main Tower in Frankfurt am Main and in 2005 in l'Orchidee in Bremen . In 2008 he moved to the Olivio in the Steigenberger Graf Zeppelin in Stuttgart and in 2011 to the Heritage by Juan Amador in Bucharest , which was a project by Juan Amador and was named the best restaurant in Romania.

In April 2012 Marc Rennhack became head chef at the Sterneck restaurant in Badhotel Sternhagen in Cuxhaven , which was awarded two Michelin stars in 2012.
