Marc Schaub (born April 12, 1992 in Krefeld ) is a German ice hockey player who was most recently under contract with the Löwen Frankfurt in the DEL2 .

Career

Marc Schaub began his career as an ice hockey player in his hometown in the junior division of the Krefeld EV 81 , for whose U18 juniors he was initially active in the German junior league from 2007 to 2010 . For the 2010/11 season, the winger moved up to the professional squad of the Krefeld Penguins, for which he made his debut in the German Ice Hockey League on September 3, 2010 in a 2-1 win against the Straubing Tigers . By the end of October he came to another eleven missions for penguins in the DEL before he returned to the DNL team. In the further course of the season he also played a total of seven games as a loan player in the third-class league for the Rote Teufel Bad Nauheim and the Neusser EV . At the beginning of the DEL playoffs, he was again included in the professional squad of the penguins.

In January 2013, Schaub left his home club and was signed by the Dresdner Eislöwen from the 2nd ice hockey Bundesliga , but at the end of the season he switched to the Oberliga with the Löwen Frankfurt . With these he made it to the DEL2 .
