Marcel von Allmen (murder victim)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Marcel von Allmen (* 1981 ; † January 27, 2001 ) was a Swiss from Unterseen in the canton of Bern . He was a member of a far-right group and was murdered by members of the gang for allegedly violating the group's code.

Marcel von Allmen got to know his future tormentors during mandatory lessons in the Steindler schoolhouse. He became one of the followers of the right-wing extremist group "Orden der Arischen Ritter" (Order of the Aryan Knights) under the leadership of the record maker Marcel M. The latter had set up the "Order" on the Bödeli between Lake Thun and Lake Brienz to protect himself against allegedly harassed foreigners . Marcel von Allmen is said to have repeatedly disregarded the vow of silence and revealed the machinations of his colleagues. Marcel M. and three accomplices held court over him and lured him to the Steindler school on January 27, 2001. Von Allmen therefore left his girlfriend's birthday party on the grounds that he had to do something. He has been missing since then. He was chauffeured by car to the Weissenau ruins at 10.30 p.m.

The four men planned the Allmens murder in detail. They threatened their victim with a revolver , forcing them to step on the wall of the ruin. They handcuffed him , taped his mouth, and hit his face and chest with a chrome steel pipe . The result was broken bones and internal bleeding. Von Allmen then choked on his own blood. The body was then sunk at the Beatus Caves in Lake Thun.

Marcel von Allmen's body was found by police divers on February 22, 2001. The following day Marcel M. was arrested in a restaurant.

In March 2004 the four perpetrators were brought to justice. Marcel M. became a lifelong prison sentence convicted.
