Marcello Carracedo García (born April 16, 1970 in Buenos Aires ) is a retired Argentine soccer player .

Career

Carracedo played in Europe from 1989, his first station was the Spanish club Real Murcia , where he played for half a year before moving to Germany. His new employer was Fortuna Düsseldorf . Fortuna played in the Bundesliga , in which Carracedo made his debut on matchday 23 against 1. FC Nürnberg . He played from the 75th minute and the game ended 0-0. In the next two and a half years he played 46 games for Fortuna. From the Bundesliga he moved to his home country to Estudiantes de La Plata . After only a year he moved back to Europe to FC Tirol Innsbruck , where Carracedo played one season. Then he moved to South America and did not return to Europe. This was followed by a stint at Santos Laguna , CA Platense , Monarcas Morelia , half a year in Japan at Avispa Fukuoka and the return to South America to Rosario Central and CD Universidad Católica .

Today he works as a player advisor.
