Marcin Wichary (born February 17, 1980 in Zabrze ) is a former Polish handball goalkeeper .

The 1.93 meter tall and 96 kilogram goalkeeper has been under contract with Wisła Płock since 2004 . He previously played for Sparta Zabrze (until 1999), AZS Biała Podlaska (1999-2000) and Klub Sportowy Warszawianka (2000). With Płock he played in the EHF Cup (2009/10), the EHF Champions League (2004/05, 2005/06, 2006/07 and 2008/09) and the European Cup Winners' Cup (2005/06, 2006/07 and 2007 / 08) and in the EHF Cup (2009/10); with Warsaw in the European Cup Winners' Cup (2002/03) and in the EHF Cup (2003/04). In the summer of 2019, Wichary ended his career and became goalkeeping coach of the 2nd team at Wisła Płock as well as in the club's junior division.

Marcin Wichary was part of the Polish national team , for example for the European Handball Championship in 2010 and 2014 . He took part in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing and has so far played 105 international games.
