Marco Fichera (born September 4, 1993 in Milan ) is an Italian sword fencer .
successes
Marco Fichera achieved his first international success by winning the bronze medal in the team competition of the European Games 2015 in Baku . The following year he reached the 26th place in the individual competition at the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro . With the Italian team he moved into the final against France , which the French won 45:31. Together with Enrico Garozzo , Paolo Pizzo and Andrea Santarelli he received the silver medal. At the European Championships in Novi Sad in 2018 , he won another bronze medal with the team.
