Marco Rahn (born April 17, 1998 in Schwedt ) is a German basketball player . After playing for Science City Jena for a long time in his youth , he has been part of the ProB league team ETB Wohnbau Baskets from Essen since the 2018/19 season .

career

Rahn learned to play basketball in his Brandenburg home with BG94 Schwedt , before moving to RSV Eintracht Stahnsdorf in 2011 . There he was appointed to the selection team of the Brandenburg Basketball Association . After one season he moved to Science City Jena in Thuringia, where he went through the JBBL and NBBL teams. In the 2017/18 season , in addition to appearances in the second men's team, he played his first professional games in the basketball league and made a total of five appearances. In the summer of 2018, the ProB league ETB Wohnbau Baskets announced their commitment, for which they scored an average of 3.6 points in 16 games. After the team was relegated, he moved to the BSW Sixers .
