Marco Zanotti (born January 21, 1974 in Rovato ) is a former Italian cyclist .

Zanotti became a professional cyclist with Aki-Safi in 1997 . He switched to Vini Caldirola after a year . After two years he moved to Liquigas , where he celebrated his first success in 2001 with a stage win at the Catalan Week . He then drove for two years for Giancarlo Ferretti's Fassa Bortolo team . Here he achieved further stage victories at the Giro del Trentino , the Regio Tour and the Catalan Week .

In 2004 Zanotti won a stage in the Three Days of De Panne for Vini Caldirola. For the 2005 season he moved to ProTeam Liquigas-Bianchi . After several top placements in sprints and time trials, including the Giro d'Italia , he achieved his first overall victory at the Circuit Franco-Belge . From 2006 he drove for the Belgian Professional Continental Team Unibet.com . He won a stage of the Algarve Tour and rode there for two days in the top rider jersey. After the 2008 season with Team Preti Mangimi , he ended his cycling career.
