Marek Janečka [ ˈmarɛk janet̠͡ɕka ] (born June 9, 1983 in Levoča , Czechoslovakia ) is a Slovak football player .

Career

The defensive specialist, who can be used both as a right back and as a defensive midfielder, started his career at FK 05 Levoča from his hometown. After the stations FK Spišská Nová Ves, MŠK Rimavská Sobota , FK Dukla Banská Bystrica and again MŠK Rimavská Sobota Janečka signed a contract in August 2010 until June 30, 2013 with FC ViOn Zlaté Moravce .

On January 19, 2012, Moravce awarded Janečka to the German second division club Hansa Rostock until June , and an option for another year was agreed. Then Janečka made her debut on February 5, 2012 in the 1: 2 defeat at VfL Bochum for the relegation-threatened Rostock team and was also used in the 14 remaining league games of the second division season 2011/12 . He played each of these games over the entire season. With the penultimate matchday, however, Rostock's relegation to the third division was certain. Then Janečka returned to Moravce, from where he moved directly to league rivals FC Spartak Trnava .

When runner-up of the preseason Janečka graduated 2012/13 next four matches in qualifying for the UEFA Europa League a total of 32 matches in the domestic league, where he scored a goal. It was only on the last day of the match that he was able to secure relegation with the team through a 1-0 win against 1. FC Tatran Prešov .
