Marek Manik (born September 29, 1985 in Bratislava ) is a Slovak squash player .

Career

Marek Manik played sporadically on the PSA World Tour and achieved his highest ranking in the world rankings with rank 167 in March 2009. Since his debut in 2006 , he took part in European championships a dozen times with the Slovak national team. In the individual, he was in the main field of the European Championship seven times: In 2004 , 2006 , 2007 , 2009 , 2010 and 2015 he was eliminated in the first round, while in 2008 he reached the second round thanks to a win without a fight. In 2008 Manik became Slovak national champion for the first time and won four other titles in 2009 and from 2011 to 2013.
