Marek Perepeczko (born April 3, 1942 in Warsaw , † November 17, 2005 in Częstochowa ) was a Polish actor.

Life

He had his first public performances on Polish television in the early 1960s TVP in poetic studio of Andrzej Konic . In 1965 he graduated from the State Drama School PWST in Warsaw. In the same year he made his film and theater debut. From 1966 to 1969 he was part of the ensemble of the Teatr Klasyczny in Warsaw and from 1970 to 1977 of the Teatr Komedia ensemble in Warsaw. He peaked in popularity in the 1970s with the title role in the adventure television series Janosik . The almost two-meter-tall, handsome Marek Perepeczko was mainly cast in noble hero roles. In the 1980s he left Poland and lived in Australia . After the political change he came back to Poland. From 1998 to 2003 he was the artistic director of the Mickiewicz Theater in Częstochowa . Perepeczko died in 2005 after a heart attack in his apartment in Częstochowa.
