Maria das Neves de Bragança (Portuguese Dona Maria das Neves Isabel Eulália Carlota Adelaide Micaela Gabriela Rafaela Gonzaga de Paula e de Assis Inês Sofia Romana de Bragança ; born August 5, 1852 in Kleinheubach ; † February 15, 1941 in Vienna ) was an infanta of Portugal .

Life

Maria das Neves was the daughter of the deposed King of Portugal Michael I and Princess Adelheid von Löwenstein-Wertheim-Rosenberg .

On April 26, 1871, she married Alfonso Carlos de Borbón , Duke of San Jaime, the last heir to the throne of the Carlist line of the Spanish Bourbons . This was the son of Juan de Borbón y Bragança , Count of Montizon and the Archduchess Maria Beatrix of Austria-Este .

Maria died on February 15, 1941 at the age of 88 in Austria. She was buried in Attnang-Puchheim .
