Marie Collings, 18th Dame de Sercq (* 1791 ; † 1853 ) was Dame de Sercq from 1852 to 1853 .

She was the daughter of John Allaire, a privateer from Guernsey . In 1844, when the then Seigneur von Sark , Ernest le Pelley , was desperately looking for funds to continue the operation of a silver mine , the latter obtained permission from the Crown to mortgage the Sark feudal system to Colling's father for £ 4,000. When the roof of the deepest tunnel collapsed in 1845, the le Pelleys company had to be closed in 1847 because it was not insured against it. Le Pelley's son and heir, Pierre Carey le Pelley , was also unable to maintain pledges and was forced to sell the title of Seigneur von Sark to Marie Collings for £ 6,000.
