Marie Gillain (born June 18, 1975 in Liège ) is a Belgian actress .

Life

Gillain was nominated in 1992 for My Father, the Hero and in 1996 for The Decoy for the French César Film Award as Best Young Actress and in 1998 for Duell der Degen as Best Actress . In 1996 she received the Romy Schneider Prize . In 2012 she was again nominated for the César for her leading role as a young judge in Philippe Lioret's feature film Toutes nos envies , who falls in love with an older, disaffected work colleague (played by Vincent Lindon ) .
