The building with the postal address Marienstraße 19 is a listed building on Marienstraße in Stralsund , on the corner of Marienchorstraße .

The two-storey plastered building is of medieval origin. It was used as a parsonage for the Marienkirche . In 1920 the originally existing eastern section was demolished in order to create a breakthrough for Marienchorstraße to Frankenwall .

The cornice of brick and the single-storey southern cultivation belong to the oldest substance of the house.

Masonry templates structure the facade of the building on the north and south sides .

The house is located in the core area of ​​the city ​​area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 514.
