Marilyn Cochran (born February 7, 1950 in Richmond , Vermont ) is a former American ski racer . She is the sister of Olympic champion Barbara Ann Cochran and the equally successful ski racers Lindy Cochran and Bob Cochran .

biography

At the 1970 World Ski Championships in Val Gardena she was third in the combination, behind the French Michèle Jacot and Florence Steurer .

She was even more successful in the Ski World Cup . In the 1969 season she won the Giant Slalom World Cup. In total, she was able to win three world cup races, a giant slalom and two slaloms . In addition, she was second and third six times. In July 1974 she ended her sports career at the same time as her sister Barbara.
