Marina Sailer

Marina Sailer (born August 2, 1970 in Wizebsk ) is a German contemporary artist , painter and sculptor .

Life

Marina Sailer was born in the Belarusian city ​​of Vitebsk . At the age of seven, she attended art school. At the age of fifteen she left school and began studying clothing design at a university of applied sciences. After a short time, Marina Sailer moved to Moscow with her mother .

A year later she came to Germany , where she began her studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Karlsruhe in 2000 . In 2001, she continued to study art at the Dusseldorf Art Academy in G. Merz , AR Penck and Tal R . She received her master class certificate in 2004 and finished her studies with an academy certificate in 2007. She lives and works as a freelance artist in Düsseldorf .
