Mario D. Richardt
Mario D. Richardt (born March 1, 1976 in East Berlin ) is a German television presenter and author .
Life
Mario D. Richardt attended school in Berlin's Prenzlauer Berg district from 1982 to 1992 . From 1985 to 1989 he took on smaller roles on television in the GDR . So he appeared in Everything That Is Right or Flicker Hour - fairy tale puzzles . He made his first experiences with the theater in the Palast der Republik (theater in the palace) with a production by Prince Friedrich von Homburg .
In 1992 Richardt began training as a painter and varnisher in Berlin, which he successfully completed in 1995 with a journeyman's certificate. Immediately afterwards, the community service in the Medical Social Aid Service (MSHD) of the workers' welfare followed . He voluntarily extended it by two months until 1997. In that year he moved from Berlin to Zittau in Saxony, in the triangle of three countries .
Richardt began his television career there in 1998 with the regional television station Punkteins Oberlausitz TV . In addition to moderating magazine programs and editing , he worked behind the camera and at the editing suite . After moderating various formats such as the daily journal or the weekly journal at punkteins oberlausitz TV, he took over editorial responsibility for the weekly sports journal since 1999 .
In 2000 he developed the comedy program Pommes with Mario , who was awarded first prize at the television prize of the Saxon State Media Authority in November 2000 . This award was also given to the program Moments 99 : This was a journalistic review of the year, which was largely editorially designed by Mario D. Richardt.
In January 2001 Richardt became editor-in-chief of punkteins oberlausitz TV. In May 2001 he switched to Mitteldeutscher Rundfunk (MDR). At first he took on the role of a reporter and bed tester in the five-part entertainment program Ab ins Bett , which he presented alongside Alexandra Klim . Richardt has been moderating the weekly program Mach dich ran at MDR since September 2001 .
From October 2006 to May 2008 Richardt wrote online columns for SUPERillu magazine . In 2008 Richardt's first book And Get Into Bed ... with 44 short stories was published. In the summer of 2013, his second book, Empty Fridge, Full Diapers - From Single to Papa was published .
From January to July 2009 Richardt hosted the two-hour live format Hier ab four together with Katrin Huss, alternating weekly with the two MDR colleagues Peter Imhof and Stephanie Müller-Spirra . In August 2011 Richardt acted in the MDR Saturday evening show Kling Klang Klong as a decoy for the hidden camera and also presented the documentary Since 20 years ago nobody thought about it . With quizmaster Florian Weber , he presented Die Mach dich ran-Show in May 2012 .
In the summer of 2016, Mario D. Richardt's third book Papa, Now You're Princess! .
In 2005 Richardt moved from Zittau in Saxony to Leipzig , which has been his adopted home since then. He is married and has one daughter.
