Mario Huhnstock (born April 11, 1986 in Staßfurt ) is a German handball player .

Career

Mario Huhnstock started with handball at SV Concordia Staßfurt . He later ran for the regional division HC Einheit Halle , from which he moved to the second division club 1. SV Concordia Delitzsch in 2006 . From 2008, the 1.87 meter tall handball goalkeeper was under contract with Bergischer HC , with whom he was promoted to the first division in 2011 and 2013 . In summer 2015 he moved to HC Erlangen . He has been under contract with HC Elbflorenz since the 2017/18 season .

Huhnstock played 35 international matches for the German youth team and 12 for the junior national team, with which he was runner-up in 2007.
