Mario Klintworth

Mario Klintworth (born December 22, 1979 in Düsseldorf ) is a German personal trainer , nutrition coach and fitness model and has been active in the fitness industry for over 22 years.

life and career

At the age of eleven, Mario began as a sports-loving teenager with muscle building training and martial arts . After a few years of martial arts experience, he switched to training in the gym at the age of 15 .
At the age of 16 he turned his hobby into a profession and began training as a sports clerk at Karstadt . In addition to his commercial diploma , he received inquiries about personal training and decided to continue his education in this area.
At the BSA Academy Cologne , he completed statements as a personal trainer, nutritionist , trainer for sports rehabilitation and as a consultant for weight management in competition and competitive sports .

Through his acquaintance with Ed Connors, the founder of Gold's Gyms , he moved to California , where, in addition to fitness training, he increased his profile by taking part in bodybuilding competitions and images on covers of fitness magazines. Klintworth developed
his all-round knowledge in the areas of weight training , bodybuilding and nutrition through training and further education in Germany and the USA. In 2006 he founded his own fitness agency and developed concepts such as B. the Warrior Outdoor Training by Mario Klintworth.

Based on his experience as a company founder, he advises companies, agencies and coaches start-ups that are trying to gain a foothold in the fitness industry.
In 2012, Klintworth founded another food supplement company, Food 4 Champs, which specializes in protein-rich recipes and innovative cooking and baking.
Since 2014, Mario Klintworth has also been supporting the next generation of fitness and bodybuilding with his athlete Community Physique Generation and, in addition to events at FIBO (Fitness Messe / Cologne), also holds training workshops across Germany.

Today Klintworth commutes between his residences in Düsseldorf and California.
