Marion Black Forest

Marion Schwarzwälder (born May 16, 1954 in Villingen in the Black Forest ) is a German musician and writer .

Life

Marion Schwarzwälder studied German language and literature and education at the University of Heidelberg ; she completed this course with a master's degree . She then completed a music education as a saxophonist . From 1981 to 1984 she lived in the Canary Islands , where she played in a band and as an accompanist in a theater group. She has been based in Berlin since 1984 . There she was a member of the " Mago Saxophone Trio " from 1986 to 1998 and worked with the composer Gottfried Klier . She appears at concerts and readings , composes film music and teaches saxophone at the Spandau Music School in Berlin-Spandau .

In addition to her activities as a musician, Marion Schwarzwälder publishes detective novels , essays and travelogues . She is a member of the group of authors "Das Syndikat" and the network " Murderous Sisters ".
